Connecticut Medical Marijuana Law
On June 1, 2012, Connecticut implemented a medical marijuana program which protects qualifying medical marijuana patients from arrest and prosecution. The Connecticut Department of Consumer Protection regulates the medical marijuana program.
Medical marijuana patients may obtain up to 2.5 ounces every month from a state-licensed dispensary. Home cultivation is prohibited.
