Your CBD Store has recently held its grand opening in New Milford. The new retailer offers a variety of CBD-infused products including honey sticks and gummies. The grand opening followed the signature of Connecticut’s hemp cultivation rules into law.
The state’s commissioner must still devise a plan for hemp cultivation in the state, LMT Online says.
Co-owner Jonathan Mickens said, “The more people who can be educated and the more opportunity that people have to use a natural supplement compared to pharmaceuticals, I think the better.”
Mayor Pete Bass said, “From all the things that I’ve read about when we’re talking about this, it works for a lot of people, especially for people with arthritis, other issues. So I think that’s great. Anytime you can use holistic medicine, I think that’s a wonderful thing.”
The owners and staff enjoy educating customers about CBD and how it works in comparison to pharmaceuticals.
